Pharmacy Clerk

Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Clerk to provide excellent customer service by completing sales transactions in a friendly, accurate, and timely fashion. This role involves maintaining a clean and neat area in the pharmacy and work areas, greeting customers, and offering assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to build loyalty and repeat business.
- Champion Thrifty White programs, such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, and assist with enrolling patients.
- Receive, unpack, and check merchandise to verify its condition and stock, clean, and sort pharmacy products.
- Maintain flexibility in new or changing work roles and modify job responsibilities as required.
- Assist with health aids department maintenance and help with tasks in other areas of the store as needed.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands of this role include long periods of standing and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 40 pounds. The employee must also be able to talk, hear, use hands and fingers, handle or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
- At least 18 years of age.
