Pharmacy Technician

Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in the safe, effective, and efficient delivery of healthcare services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients by building loyalty and repeat business.
- Program Champion: Champion Thrifty White programs to patients such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, and assist with enrolling patients.
- Support to Pharmacists: Support the pharmacist in clinical service offerings.
- Medication Preparation: Count, measure, and package medication in the appropriate container under pharmacist's supervision and final approval to accurately fill prescriptions.
- Prescription Processing: Input prescriptions into the computer for accurate transmission to insurance companies.
- Be at least 18 years of age;
- Have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
