Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Outlet Manager to lead the daily operations of our food outlet and ensure a clean and orderly environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing standards, training staff, coordinating schedules and resources, inspecting workflows, maintaining inventory, and ensuring equipment is in good working order.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and develop staff for potential career advancement, provide feedback, and make personnel-related decisions
  • Ensure staff are scheduled effectively to maximize customer satisfaction and financial objectives are met
  • Responsible for performance reviews, investigations, discipline, salary planning, and all other staff-related functions
  • Point of contact for customer escalations and ensuring issues are resolved consistent with Great Wolf policies
  • Responsible for interaction with customers to take food and beverage orders, process via Point of Sale system, and preparing customer orders
  • Ensure balance of registers and daily reporting of financials
  • Maintain food and beverage readiness by notifying employees of service standards, ensuring adequate supply and food inventory levels, and keeping equipment operating by troubleshooting, maintenance, and/or calling for repair

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience
  • 1+ year supervisory experience in a food/restaurant setting
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively resolve conflict
  • Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and/or Holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Thorough understanding of sanitation-related skills and experience taking precautions to ensure a clean food environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Positive attitude

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 30 lbs.
  • Ability to stand/sit for long periods of time
  • Ability to bend, stretch, and twist
