We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Piedmont Healthcare PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in x-ray procedures and protocols, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare patients for radiologic procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
- Operate x-ray equipment, following established protocols and guidelines to ensure accurate and high-quality images.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest x-ray technology and procedures, attending training and education sessions as needed.
- Graduate of an accredited x-ray technician program.
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- CPR certification and American Registry of Radiologic Technologist registration preferred.
The Radiologic Technologist will work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, with frequent exposure to radiation and communicable diseases. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
