Job Summary:

As a Mobile Therapy Professional, you will be responsible for assessing patients' physical needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality therapy services in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop targeted treatment plans
  • Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions in patients' homes
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with healthcare teams

Requirements:

  • Current WI Home Health license
  • 2+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
