Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Chimes. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about improving the lives of people with autism spectrum disorder and other behavioral disorders.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $42+ per hour, and full-time and part-time availability options are available. Job Responsibilities

This Board Certified Behavior Analyst will be responsible for planning, developing, and monitoring behavioral support services to meet the needs of clients diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other behavioral disorders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing clinical service delivery goals consistent with overall agency goals and policy/procedures
  • Maintaining effective and efficient communication with direct supervisor and other administrative staff
  • Completing other responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisor
  • Providing clinical, mobile service delivery as defined by the program description, and best practice standards and in full compliance with licensure standards
  • Collecting outcome data (i.e., CBCL or ATEC) for all clients at times of service re-authorization
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must have a Master's degree in a clinical discipline (i.e., clinical or counseling psychology, clinical social work, applied behavior analysis). Additionally, they must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and possess a Pennsylvania State Behavior Specialist License, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT. Clearances are also required, including Pennsylvania Child Abuse, Criminal and fingerprint-based federal criminal history; Verification that employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list.
