We are currently seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to work with a K-12 caseload and make a positive impact on the lives of our students.

Job Summary

This full-time position is available in a close-knit school district near Franklin, Virginia. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders, as well as a Virginia SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students with a variety of needs and abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Virginia SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech and language therapy
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
