Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced litigation attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in plaintiff personal injury experience, with a focus on trial law and diverse areas of practice, including auto accidents, medical malpractice, and negligent security.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. You will be responsible for handling a caseload of approximately 35-40 files, with a dedicated staff of two experienced employees to assist you.
  2. You will not have to market cases, but will receive a guaranteed percentage of the fee for any cases you bring in or are referred to you.
  3. We guarantee a six-figure salary with a contractually binding percentage of the settlements or verdicts you obtain.
  4. You will have access to a highly structured office with carefully thought-out policies and procedures to help move cases efficiently.
  5. You will not have to deal with pre-suit cases, as our expert pre-suit staff will handle these matters.
  6. We provide a generous benefits package, including 401(K), health insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and other great benefits.
  7. You will have the opportunity to focus on being a litigator and trial lawyer, without the burden of running your own firm.
  8. We have a dedicated intake department, so you won't have to handle intakes anymore.

Requirements:

  • Good Standing with the Florida Bar.
  • No Defense Attorneys.
  • Personal injury experience required.
  • Mid level of proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook). We will train.
  • Case Management System - FileVine experience is also preferred but not required. We will train.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of our organization.
  • Strong time management, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.

Education:

  • Juris Doctorate.
  • Minimum experience is at least 5-10 years on Plaintiff's side with significant Plaintiff's trial experience.
  • Experienced in Florida Law Preferred, 3 years in trial experience.
