We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at North Greenville Med Campus. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
About the Role
This is a full-time opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to work in an acute care setting. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized plans of care, and collaborating with our healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions and high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment and Care Planning
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care that address patients' unique needs and goals
- Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure continuity of care and effective communication
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and coordination of care
- Education and Professional Development
- Maintain current knowledge and skills in evidence-based practice and nursing research
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical expertise and leadership skills
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Master's degree in Nursing or a related field
- A minimum of one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an acute care setting
- A valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina
