Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU setting.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, administering medications and treatments as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (R.N.) in the state of employment.
  • Minimum two years of experience in critical care nursing, with a focus on ICU settings.
  • Telemetry experience preferred.
  • BLS certification required upon hire.
  • ACLS certification required within three months.
  • PALS or ENPC certification required within six months.
  • TNCC certification preferred.
