About the Role:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional groups - backend, frontend, design, product, customer support, sales, and marketing to understand requirements for innovative features that deliver high customer value.
  • Own execution and delivery of roadmaps, as well as communicating status to the wider organization.
  • Partner with the staffing team to recruit and build a diverse team of engineers with the right skillset.
  • Instill a strong sense of ownership and accountability within the team wherein members hold each other to a high bar.
  • Enable the team to realize their potential and help them set and work towards their career development goals.
  • Participate in discussions pertaining to the architecture and implementation techniques to represent, translate, and optimize user directives into optimized queries.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Drive technological advancements and architectural decisions to enhance our platform.
  • Develop high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
  • Mentor engineers to grow professionally and personally.

The estimated salary range for this position is $220k - $270k annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience. Benefits include equity, flexible time off policy, paid bonding time for new parents, traditional and Roth 401(k), commuter and FSA benefits, lunch program, and dog-friendly office.
