Position Overview:
As an integral part of Next City, the Equity and Credit Research Analyst will contribute to our investment strategies by analyzing both credit and equity markets. Our firm is dedicated to providing exceptional wealth management services to a select clientele, focusing on clarity and purpose in resource stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth fundamental research on current and prospective investments, encompassing both fixed income and equity securities.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with management teams of various companies.
- Undertake general research initiatives, including industry analysis and competitive assessments.
- Generate innovative investment ideas and curate watchlists of potential opportunities.
- Engage in conferences and due diligence excursions.
- Create insightful content for advisors, clients, and marketing materials as required.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Participation in the CFA program is highly encouraged.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant investment experience is expected.
- A demonstrated enthusiasm for investing is essential.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical capabilities.
- An avid reader with excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Regular travel is a requirement.
- In-office presence is necessary.
