Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing education on home hemodialysis to patients and their care partners, as well as tracking and organizing patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive patient care in an independent setting
  • Teach patients and their care partners how to administer their own dialysis
  • Track and organize patient care
  • Lead, coach, and guide patients and their care partners
  • Work independently while building deep relationships with patients, support systems, and care partners
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 12 months of RN experience
  • At least 6 months Dialysis experience required
  • Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance in state of residence
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
