Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric ICU team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of our patients' care plans.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill pediatric patients
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification
- Trauma Nursing Core Course certification
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
