Intensive Care Unit Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse to join our team at TriCities Hospital. As an ICU RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in cardiac care or ICU settings and possess excellent critical thinking and communication skills. We offer a competitive salary of $83,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid time off and retirement plans.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record patient condition using computerized documentation systems
- Provide respiratory and ventilator management
- Oversee patient discharge planning needs
- Support new staff through mentoring and orientation
Requirements:
- Nursing Graduate with RN Diploma or Associate of Science in Nursing
- Previous experience in cardiac care or ICU preferred
