Role Responsibilities
In this role, you will utilize your specialized care plans and act as an innovator in patient care. Your expertise will shape exceptional patient experiences daily, leveraging advanced technology to enhance patient health outcomes.
Department Overview
Our 90-bed Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Unit includes 20 rehabilitation beds and 70 long-term care beds. The unit is staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Medication Aides, maintaining a patient ratio of 1:15 during the day, 1:19 in the evening, and 1:25 at night. We care for patients with conditions such as Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), COPD, Diabetes, ESRD, Renal Failure, Dementia, Stroke, and Heart Disease. This position offers the chance to work collaboratively in a nurturing environment focused on delivering quality care to individuals needing rehabilitation and long-term care support.

Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants must possess a current state RN license and a nursing degree from an accredited institution. Additional qualifications include:
- Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Experience in long-term care (LTC) is preferred for those working with LTC patients.
