Job Title: CDL A Local Driver

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class A truck driver to join our team at Staffmark Group. As a local driver, you will be responsible for shuttling between warehouse locations in Kent, WA, and returning after unloading. This is a Monday to Friday day shift position with a competitive hourly rate of $30 plus overtime after 40 hours.

Essential Functions:
  • Maintain safe operation and clean appearance by complying with organization operational policies, procedures, and standards, as well as state and local driving rules and regulations.
  • Maintain delivery, truck, and driving records by obtaining receipt acknowledgments; recording tracking information; completing driver log and truck performance forms.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year verifiable driving experience.
  • Clean MVR - no more than 3 violations/accidents or combination in past 36 months.
  • Must be dependable and able to arrive at your scheduled shift.
  • Ability to communicate issues with delivery or shipment to dispatch for resolution as the need arises.
  • Ability to work as a team member with peers.
  • Ability to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Hazmat endorsement (Preferred - but not required)
