We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our dynamic team at Sodexo. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients in the outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized nutrition counseling and education to patients and their families
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other members of the care team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and guidelines to provide evidence-based care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Master's degree in Nutrition or related field
- Registered Dietitian credential (RD/RDN) or eligible for registration
- 3+ years of experience in clinical nutrition or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
