Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Parts Specialist to join our team at O'Reilly Automotive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert knowledge and assistance to customers in selecting the right automotive parts and accessories.
  • Support management in achieving sales and inventory goals.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and technologies.
  • Ensure a clean and organized store appearance and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and productivity goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
