Key Responsibilities- Transport clients to and from behavioral healthcare services
- Maintain a safe environment for clients, staff, and yourself
- Communicate effectively with team members, staff, and clients in a professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, even in challenging situations
- Ensure the safe transportation of clients, adhering to all safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a hospital or behavioral healthcare environment, patient care, and/or transportation is preferred
- Active valid driver's license
- CPR certification within 30 days of hire
- Completion of various safety trainings upon hire
- Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interactions with clients and staff
- May be exposed to patient elements
- Handles emergency or crisis situations
- Subject to multiple interruptions and pressure to respond to calls and inquiries
- Occasionally subject to irregular hours
