Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Tanning Salon Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all client needs are met and treated professionally.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding and meeting their needs.
  • Make recommendations for products and services to clients.
  • Maintain the minimum sales requirements.
  • Multi-task and perform various duties such as cleaning beds, engaging new clients, and maintaining the salon's cleanliness.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
  • Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment.
  • Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes.
  • Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors.
Compensation
