Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of large-scale commercial construction projects.

You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the specified quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing project plans.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand project requirements.
  • Maintaining relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline.
  • Relevant work experience can substitute for a degree.
  • Proficiency in software tools like Microsoft Office, ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, and JD Edwards.

Benefits:

  • Salary range between $140,000 - $170,000.
