About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Director to lead our projects within the Greater Washington, DC Metro area (MD, DC & N VA). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP Construction and Mechanical Contracting.

The successful candidate will possess at least five years of project management experience in MEP Construction, Mechanical Contracting, Commercial/Industrial HVAC & Plumbing, Industrial Process Piping or Mechanical construction field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all project control procedures, including submittals, schedules, billings, requests for information, change orders, project start-up, and close out.
  • Review, formalize, and approve documentation for the successful tracking of projects.
  • Develop and manage work sequences, long lead items, procurement, and project schedules.

This is a challenging role that requires excellent leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Scheduling Tools.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or a related field.
