Job Overview

At The Norfolk Companies, we are seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for transporting cabinets and countertops to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver cabinets, countertops, and related products to customers' homes or construction sites
  • Ensure all products are delivered in good condition and orders are complete
  • Provide excellent customer service and promote a positive brand image
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries using mobile technology
  • Work collaboratively with the delivery team to ensure smooth operations
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, maintaining a safe and professional driving record
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of home delivery experience with large items
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early morning starts
  • Able to demonstrate safe driving habits and pass a road test
  • Knowledge of state and federal DOT regulations
  • Knowledge of MA/NH/RI roadways and ability to effectively use route technology
  • Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving and criminal record
  • Able to read, write, and speak English fluently
