Position Overview:
- Role: Practical Nurse
- Available Shifts: Day and Night (7a-7p; 7p-7a)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing interventions to ensure patient safety and care
- Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate documentation
- Support the admission and discharge processes for patients
- Engage in effective communication with the healthcare team and patients
- Perform patient assessments and respond to needs in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Education: Completion of an accredited Practical/Vocational Nursing Program
- License: Current LPN license in the relevant state
- Experience: At least one year of practical nursing experience
