Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Agile teams focused on Enterprise Architecture initiatives.
2. Develop and sustain comprehensive IT Modernization Plans.
3. Analyze and document existing business architectures.
4. Formulate strategies to transition from the current IT architecture state to the desired future state.
5. Identify potential challenges, impacts, and risks associated with IT transformations and devise appropriate mitigation strategies.
6. Establish, refine, and enforce governance frameworks to ensure architecture alignment.
7. Align technology implementations with the overarching enterprise mission.
8. Create enterprise architecture artifacts, including current and target state business process models and data models.
9. Assess business requirements against prevailing technology trends.
10. Develop strategies that align organizational objectives with mission needs.
11. Facilitate strategic discussions with senior IT leadership and manage communications with both IT and non-IT stakeholders.
12. Utilize knowledge of emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance the solution delivery experience for both consumers and developers.

This role requires a deep understanding of Enterprise Architecture, particularly in applying EA concepts to formulate effective transition plans and investment strategies. Candidates should possess experience in conducting cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and analysis of alternatives (AoA). Familiarity with ServiceNow and ins-pi is also beneficial.
