We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Blue Plate Restaurant Co. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, crafting innovative cocktails, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Assess customer needs and preferences, and make personalized suggestions
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restock supplies, and manage inventory
• Provide work direction and supervision for the Barback position, if applicable
• Participate in and complete all required training for the position
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of bartending experience
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities
• Passion for the hospitality industry
• Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Reliable transportation
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus
