Compensation: $28 to $35/hour, based on experience
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the landscaping crew to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion of landscaping tasks.
  • Oversee the care of plants and lawns, including planting, watering, weeding, pruning, and fertilizing.
  • Mentor and train team members, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, addressing any inquiries and providing updates on project progress.
  • Conduct regular inspections to guarantee that all work meets our high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Demonstrated management and leadership experience.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and remain active throughout the day.
