About the Role

As a Behavioral Health Technician at Clarvida, LLC, you will play a vital role in providing one-to-one services to children and adolescents between the ages of 2-24 who are confronted with serious, identified, emotional and/or behavioral disturbances.

With the support and guidance of our Behavioral Consultant, you will aid in improving independent, age-appropriate functioning to levels which require less or no service intervention.

You will travel to clients' homes, schools, or service locations daily, following the prescribed treatment plan and providing behavioral and treatment interventions and consequences to the client.

Setting boundaries with clients and their families to prevent dependency on your services, you will also provide support to parents and adult professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one services to children and adolescents with emotional and/or behavioral disturbances
  • Implement treatment plans and provide behavioral and treatment interventions
  • Travel to clients' homes, schools, or service locations daily
  • Set boundaries with clients and their families to prevent dependency on services
  • Provide support to parents and adult professionals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances
  • At least one (1) of the following certifications:
    • BCaBA, RBT, or BCAT
    • 2 years' prior Behavior Health Certification or Behavior Analysis Certification from an organization that is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute
    • High School diploma or equivalent and completed the 40hr RBT Training (RBT Task List) Certification
    • Minimum of 2 years-experience providing Behavioral Health services
