We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Pharmacist to join our team at SpecialtyRx in Columbus, OH. As a Licensed Pharmacist, you will be responsible for evaluating medication orders, ensuring accurate dispensing, and communicating with healthcare team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness, potential interactions, and proper administration.
- Ensure accurate dispensing and labeling of medicines.
- Communicate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare team members regarding medication-related queries.
- Supervise the preparation of medicines.
- Active Pharmacist license with the OH Board of Pharmacy.
- Previous experience in Long Term Care is preferred.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently.
- Computer literate, knowledge of Frameworks LTC system.
