Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient assessment and needs
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
- Provide direct care to assigned patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Delegate tasks to members of the healthcare team as appropriate
- Monitor quality of care delivered and identify opportunities for improvement
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- One year of experience as a registered nurse (or completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program)
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina
This role is based at our Greer Medical Campus, where you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals.
