• Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
• Operate a point of sale system to process transactions and handle customer payments
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Dunkin' standards
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner

• Fluent in English
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate a point of sale system
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
