Job Description

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and qualified Paraprofessional to assist teachers in creating a supportive and productive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers with classroom management and lesson preparation.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support for students, including those with special education needs.
  • Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) under the guidance of a certified teacher.
  • Support students in achieving their academic and social-emotional goals.
  • Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in an educational or school setting is a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds.
