Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Support Professional to join our team at Primary Health Solutions.

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support services in a fast-paced medical environment. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with examination and treatment of patients under the guidance of a Provider, ensuring high-quality care and attention to detail.
  • Document all patient interactions, procedures, and test results accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to standard safety and clinical protocols.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on community resources, medication management, and self-care techniques.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent, with graduation from an accredited program for Medical Assistants.
  • Prior experience in a medical setting, preferably as a Medical Assistant.
  • CPR certification required; Certified or Registered Medical Assistant preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
