About the OpportunityWe offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
- A base salary of $250,000 per year

This is a full-time opportunity with a flexible schedule of 14 shifts per month. Our hospital operates on a 7-on/7-off schedule, with no requirement for 24-hour in-house coverage during the week. Neonatal NPs provide night coverage and reduce call-ins.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be a board-certified or board-eligible pediatrician with experience in performing procedures for neonatology-well born care, including intubation, lumbar puncture, peripheral venous access, umbilical catheter placement, and circumcision.
We welcome candidates who are eligible for a PA license and have J1 and H1B visa sponsorship available. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow professionally and personally while being part of a dynamic team.
