Position Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist
Grade Level: K-8th Grade
Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $75,000, commensurate with experience, paid on a weekly basis.

Support: Our SLP team benefits from the guidance of a dedicated Clinical Director, who provides supervision, mentorship, and ongoing caseload support throughout the academic year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students' speech and language capabilities to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy services in alignment with each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP).
- Conduct thorough assessments, interpret results, and prepare reports to identify strengths and areas of concern in speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skills.
- Utilize current professional literature and evidence-based practices to inform clinical decisions.
- Create a productive learning environment through effective management strategies.
- Engage in IEP meetings, collaborative team discussions, and problem-solving sessions.
- Collaborate with instructional staff to develop strength-based, child-centered treatment plans aimed at enhancing educational outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with school, state, and federal guidelines in evaluations, intervention plans, and service delivery.
- Assist educators in recognizing and referring students with potential speech and language delays or disorders.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Valid Michigan SLP license.
- Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
