Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide high-quality care to our Spanish-speaking senior clients in the Glendale community and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, including personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation.
  • Implement client care plans and notify the Care Manager of any changes or concerns.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and communicate effectively with the Care Manager and Staffing Coordinator.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including infection control practices and dress code.
Requirements
  • Experience working with geriatric or chronically ill individuals.
  • CNA or HHA license preferred.
  • Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Organizational Relationship

The Caregiver will be supervised by the Care Manager and receive scheduling direction from the Staffing Coordinator.
