**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead our team in the implementation of Agile principles. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Scrum methodology and experience in leading teams as a Scrum Master.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Scrum meetings and facilitate Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective execution of Scrum principles and practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related experience.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
  • Experience leading teams as a Scrum Master for several years.

Salary:** $70-$90 per hour, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.
