Job Overview
This role is ideal for medical professionals seeking flexible, on-demand opportunities. You'll work as a casual employee, providing patient care hours ranging from 8 to 23 per week.
Duties
You will see patients with a broad array of needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits. You'll also treat patients in-office and conduct occasional tele-health visits. Collaboration with in-office teammates is key, utilizing daily huddles and virtual clinical teams. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to perform in-office procedures using your clinical training.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be enrolled in or have completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program. Your practice experience should include at least two of the last five years in an outpatient primary care setting. Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is required, along with state licensure in California, obtained before your start date.
