Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This full-time position will provide individualized nursing care to our residents, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000, with opportunities for growth and advancement. Responsibilities

The RN will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and conducting vital sign checks
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each resident
  • Collaborating with inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment
  • Participating in education and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
  • Experience working in a senior care facility or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of nursing practices and standards, as well as relevant laws and regulations

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, with regular hours and occasional on-call shifts. The RN will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our residents.
