About the Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide care to residents in post-acute facilities. Your responsibilities include:

  • Measuring and monitoring vital signs, reporting to your supervisor as necessary
  • Observing resident conditions during your shift and reporting any concerns to the broader nursing team
  • Serving meals and helping with personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting
  • Cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, keeping residents' rooms clean, and changing linens
  • Communicating with medical staff, residents, and family members
Requirements and Skills

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • An understanding of nursing care procedures and related medical terminology
  • Effective organization skills and the ability to communicate with medical professionals, residents, and family members
  • A high level of attention to detail
