Soldering Expert

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Soldering Expert to join our team at Regal Technology Partners Inc. in Santa Ana, CA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hand soldering and the ability to work with various electronic components.

About the Role:
As an Electronic Component Technician, you will be responsible for the hand soldering of electronic components, reading and interpreting assembly drawings and schematics, inspecting solder joints to ensure quality standards, and troubleshooting and repairing electronic assemblies. You will also maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of experience in hand soldering. Additionally, you should be able to read and interpret assembly drawings and schematics, be familiar with IPC-A-610 standards, have strong attention to detail and quality, and be able to work independently and in a team environment. Familiarity with ESD safety practices and certification in IPC-A-610 are preferred qualifications.

Compensation:
