Job Title: Dealership Service Valet

Bowen Scarff Ford Sales Inc is seeking a reliable and friendly Service Department Valet to provide top-notch service to our customers. As a Service Valet, you will be responsible for parking and retrieving customer vehicles, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with vehicle drop-off and pick-up.
  • Park and retrieve vehicles efficiently and safely on site and between locations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parking areas.
  • Assist with basic shop maintenance and checks.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations are maintained.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
  • Previous valet or customer service experience is a plus.
