Group Psychotherapy Facilitator

Good Landing Recovery is a leading provider of substance abuse treatment facilities, offering a comprehensive continuum of care that addresses the complex needs of individuals struggling with addiction and mental health issues.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Psychotherapy Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our treatment program, you will be responsible for leading effective group sessions designed to support clients in their recovery journey.

• Design and deliver evidence-based treatment programming that addresses the needs of clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health diagnoses.
• Lead group sessions that promote therapeutic growth, motivation, and inspiration among clients.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and community stakeholders to promote a culture of recovery and well-being.

• Bachelor's degree or above in a field related to mental health, addiction, or a related field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Preferably licensed, masters, or certified addiction counselor certification, but not required.
• At least two years of clean time if in recovery.
