Nuclear Medicine Technologist

At Gateway Regional, we are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct organ or body scans on patients to provide diagnostic aid to physicians.
  • Administer and record isotope dosages in accordance with established departmental protocol.
  • Observe patients during procedures and report any abnormal activity.
  • Work under general supervision and rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Perform a variety of tasks and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
  • Nuclear Medicine Technology Board certification (NMTCB).
  • IEMA (NMTCB) certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
