Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and develop individualized plans of care for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
  • Provide expert therapy services to patients in their homes, including assessment, treatment, and education.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Current certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Audiology (CCC-A) from ASHA.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience as a speech therapist or speech-language pathologist.
  • Home health experience preferred.
  • Current CPR certification and valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
