Job Description and Duties

This position is a Hybrid role, eligible for telework up to three days a week, in accordance with the Statewide Telework Policy. The successful candidate must reside in California upon appointment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review state contracting and provide legal advice and assistance on complex or sensitive legal matters.
  • Work with broad discretion and minimum supervision to make or participate in making governmental decisions that may potentially have a material effect on personal financial interests.
  • Complete Form 700 within 30 days of appointment.
