As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing specialized therapy services to our residents, working closely with other departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide occupational therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, and evaluation
* Supervise and direct Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), Rehab Aides, and occupational therapy/occupational therapy assistant students
* Collaborate with other facility departments to ensure seamless care delivery
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet resident needs
* Maintain accurate records and documentation

**Requirements:**

* Current, unencumbered, active license or certificate to practice as an OT in this state
* Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
* Strong leadership and supervisory skills
* Knowledge of medical practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines related to long-term care
* Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
