Your contributions will be vital in managing servers within a central group that supports enterprise-wide systems or within a college or division overseeing multi-user systems.

Key Responsibilities:


Collaborate with various functional areas, including Housing and Dining Services, Facilities Management, and Campus Affairs to ensure application functionality aligns with their requirements.

Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support new applications for Microsoft Windows (e.g., CS Gold tools, web tools, custom reports, etc.).


Provide technical production support for Windows-based applications. Troubleshoot issues, collaborate with vendors for bug analysis, and work with customer teams to resolve issues efficiently.


Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.

At least 3 years of industry experience as a professional application or systems administrator, focusing on building, configuring, and maintaining multi-tier, scalable, enterprise-level products in a Microsoft Windows environment.

Experience in writing SQL queries and understanding relational database architectures and tools.


Required Skills:

3-5 years of operating system administrative experience.

3-5 years of systems administration experience.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


Certifications:

MCSA - Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator - Microsoft Corporation.


Requirements:
