Clinical Laboratory Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Laboratory Specialist to join our team at Geisinger Medical Laboratories. As a key member of our diagnostic services, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality laboratory services to patients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Perform and report various analyses from multiple specimen sources.
• Ensure the highest level of patient care and maximize patient satisfaction.
• Maintain an expected level of productivity and efficiently manage multiple work processes.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in a biological, chemical, physical, or clinical laboratory science, or equivalent experience.
• ASCP categorical certification or eligible for certification within one year of hire.
• Minimum one year of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, preferably in a role equivalent to a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT).
